Had one of our trucks break down from a hole in fuel filter Saturday night. Called 20 different places with 24hour service not one person picked up. The breaks went out on our moving truck & Marquis not only attempted to repair the issue with the breaks he offered to help us with the remaining items in the moving truck!He went way beyond what was necessary to get us back on the road. Did I mention it was over 90° & he's laying under a hot truckwith smoking brakes!?! Outstanding customer service and all around a great mechanic shop. Thanks for putting us at ease & being soooo helpful! Whatever that that man gets paid, it's not enough. You have a real gem on your hands KC & I truly hope you appreciate him!

I work for a Truckload company and needed to assist a driver with finding someone to repair his reefer unit. This was around midnight, and I had exhausted a few options already with no luck. I stumbled upon KC fleet service and gave them a try. This was the best call I could have made. Chuck(Charles) went above and beyond to help. The pure care this man showed is unmatched by any repair vendor I've ever dealt with. The drivers refer unit had to stay under -10 degrees and was warming up quick, but Chuck at KC acted very quick and saved the load. I want to sincerely thank Chuck at KC fleet service for an outstanding job(especially the time of night), and for having such dedication and care for us and our driver. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I was picking up a truck from Penske in West Babylon, NY and the unit needed service and Chuck arrived at the appointed time and performed services which included new batteries for the unit I was relocating.

He went above and beyond the call also by providing a battery jump to the unit that was parked in front of mine which he did not have to do‼️ He also did a brake adjustment on my unit when as I was pulling out, one of the brakes was locked.

I highly recommend Chuck’s company if you are in need of any type of service and he is very personable and a pleasure to talk with‼️‼️
